In addition to the three Ystads teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Staffanstorps HK, Växjö HF 2, IFK Bankeryd Vit, Åhus Handboll Vit, Mönsterås HK 1, Eslövs IK Gul, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and Skuru IK 1.

Ystads IF HF 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK Blå with 4-16. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Blå won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
