In addition to the three Ystads teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 6 together with HK Ankaret 1, Habo HK Blå, HF Orust, Växjö HF 1, Huddinge HK Svart, IK Bolton, Åhus Handboll Svart and Kristianstad HK Svart.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 1 with 3-10. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
