In addition to Halmstad Handboll, 50 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll Röd could be found in Group 5 together with Ystads IF HF 2, Skövde HF 1, Åhus Handboll, Vetlanda HF, Uppsala HK 3, AIK Handbollsförening and Lugi HF 3.

Halmstad Handboll Röd continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 with 7-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against HF Orust with 6-7.
