In addition to the 5 Åhus teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Vinslövs HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 5, HK Hök Laholm 1 and LVHK Lödde 2.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 1-11. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK won over Ystads IF HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 E.
