In addition to the two Skogås Sthlm teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2000 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skogås HK Sthlm 2 could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Tumba Sthlm 2, Vinslövs HK, Kävlinge HK, Norrköpings HK 1, LVHK Lödde, KFUM Kalmar HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, H43 Lund 1 and Karlskrona Handboll 3.

Skogås HK Sthlm 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Karlskrona Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2000 A1.
