HK Guldkroken Hjo P02

HK Guldkroken Hjo was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 2002 B1.

In addition to HK Guldkroken Hjo, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Guldkroken Hjo could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs HF 3, Lugi HF 2, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, Kristianstad HK 1, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 2, Ystads IF HF 1, Hultsfreds HF and Uppsala HK 2.

HK Guldkroken Hjo continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör with 8-9. In the Final, Lugi HF 2 won over H 65 Höör and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B1.

Guldkroken Hjo comes from Hjo which lies approximately 260 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Hjo does also provide four additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Team van Stam, IFK Karlsborg, Simons fjun and Motståndarna).
