In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 2006 D2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll 3, Gökstens BK Torshälla, Kristianstad HK 2, H43 Lund 4, Huddinge HK Sthlm 1, Ronneby HK 1, Vinslövs HK 1 and H 65 Höör 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 5-6. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK Trelleborgs HBK won over Vinslövs HK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006 D2.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Ronneby HK 1 with 4-5.
