In addition to the two Växjö teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 A1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund 4, IFK Kristianstad 1, Ystads IF HF 2, Skogås HK Sthlm, Åhus Handboll 2, Tollarps IF, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 and Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 2.
Växjö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Enköpings HF 2 with 10-12. In the Final, IK Sund Helsingborg won over Ystads IF HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 A1. Växjö HF also participated in Pojkar 2001 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P01 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 2 with 5-10. 10 games playedGoals |
