In addition to the 6 H43 Lund teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 A1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 4 could be found in Group 6 together with Växjö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Ystads IF HF 2, Skogås HK Sthlm, Åhus Handboll 2, Tollarps IF, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 and Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 2.

H43 Lund 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Enköpings HF 1 won over Borlänge HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 A1.

H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2001 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in P01 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 10-11.
