In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 86 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 8 together with HK Aranäs 2, Kristianstad HK 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Höörs HK H 65 3, FSG Mainz 05/Budenheim, IFK Tumba HK, Alingsås HK 04, Göinge HK and Älta IF.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against GF Kroppskultur 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over Kärra HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 4 with 9-10.
