In addition to the two Veberöds teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Veberöds HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund HF 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Alingsås HK 2, Älta IF 1, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb TF, IFK Tumba HK 1, Ystads IF HF, Åhus Handboll 2 and Staffanstorps HK.

Veberöds HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret - Pirayorna with 2-7. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over IFK Bankeryd 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2008.

Veberöds HK also participated in Flickor 2008 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F08 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll with 5-9.
