In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 48 other teams played in Flickor 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 2 together with Veberöds HK 2, H43 Lund HF 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Alingsås HK 2, Älta IF 1, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb TF, IFK Tumba HK 1, Ystads IF HF and Åhus Handboll 2.

Staffanstorps HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Bankeryd 1, which they won with 12-5. Thereby Staffanstorps HK won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 2008 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
