In addition to the two Trelleborg teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb TF could be found in Group 2 together with Veberöds HK 2, H43 Lund HF 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Alingsås HK 2, Älta IF 1, IFK Tumba HK 1, Ystads IF HF, Åhus Handboll 2 and Staffanstorps HK.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb TF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 5-8. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over IFK Bankeryd 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2008.
