Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel
In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Malmö HF 2, Hammarby IF HF 2, Veberöds HK 1, IK Lågan Hörby, H 78 Sölvesborg, Lödde Vikings HK 4, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Bjärnums HK 2.
IFK Bankeryd 1 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 5-12. Thereby IFK Bankeryd 1 finished second in F08 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2008 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Trelleborg HBK with 5-7 and ended up in second place. 12 games playedGoals |
