In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 72 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 5 together with Hammarby IF HF 1, Alingsås HK 1, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, GW Landskrona HK 2, H43 Lund HF 2, Lödde Vikings HK 3, Åhus Handboll 1, IFK Bankeryd 1 and Lidingö SK 2.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK F05B with 4-5. In the Final, Borlänge HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll 1 with 4-5.
