In addition to Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb could be found in Group 5 together with Kävlinge HK 1, Alingsås HK 4, Åhus Handboll 2, Vinslövs HK 2, Tyresö Handboll, IFK Ystad HK 1, H 78 Sölvesborg 2 and H43 Lund HF.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 7-9. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad Lag 2 won over Önnereds HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2008.
