In addition to the two Borlänge teams, 28 other teams played in Pojkar 2001. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK could be found in Group 1 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Mönsterås HK 2, H43 Lund HF Blå, Uppsala HK 1, Åhus Handboll Blå2, IK Sävehof Allstars, IK Bolton 1, IFK Kristianstad 1 and HK Ankaret.
Borlänge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll with 10-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over IK Sävehof Allstars and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001. 10 games playedGoals |
