In addition to the two Åhus teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Blå could be found in Group 4 together with Mönsterås HK Blå, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, Hässleholms HF 2, IFK Malmö HF 1, Växjö HF 2, Älta IF Vit, Önnereds HK Vit and IK Lågan Hörby 2.

Åhus Handboll Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 1 with 5-6. In the Final, Önnereds HK Grön won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
