In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 1, LUGI HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 1, Vinslövs HK, IFK Kristianstad 4, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Västerås Irsta HF 2 and Eslövs HF 3.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 with 5-10. In the Final, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 won over Karlshamns HF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
