Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 40 other teams played in Flickor 1999 A2. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK, IK Sävehof Partille, Halmstad Handboll 1, H 65 Höör 1, KFUM Lundagård, LUGI HF 3, Karlskrona Handboll, IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 and Näsby Handboll 1.

Uppsala HK 1 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IF Guif Eskilstuna, which they won with 15-13. Thereby Uppsala HK 1 won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 1999 A2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
