Åhus Handboll F02 2

In addition to the three Åhus teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Höörs HK H 65 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, Sannadals SK 2, Skuru IK, H43 Lund HF 2, Lugi HF 2, Tyresö Handboll, Alingsås HK and Borlänge HK 6.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF with 8-13. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H 65 Höör 2 with 11-12.
