In addition to the 7 H43 Lund teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 5 could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Bankeryd Vit, HK Roslagen 2, Ronneby HK, Lugi HF, IK Sävehof, Spånga HK, Alingsås HK 3, Åhus Handboll 1 and Halmstad Handboll 4.
H43 Lund HF 5 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Sund 2 with 10-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over H43 Lund HF 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004. H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
