In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Haninge HK 1, Falu HK, Kristianstad HK Svart, Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart, Lugi HF 1, Växjö HF Gul, Önnereds HK 1, Elvebyen HK and IFK Malmö HF Gul.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 8-10. In the Final, IFK Malmö HF Vit won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006).
