In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Skuru IK 1, Alingsås HK AHK 05, H43 Lund HF 05, Lunds Beachhandball Club 1 and IFK Tumba HK.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 7-9. In the Final, Uppsala HK UHK Blå won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004).
