In addition to the two Åhus teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2000 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Karlskrona Handboll 2, IF Guif Eskilstuna, LUGI HF 1, Eslövs HF 2, Enköpings HF 2, Alingsås HK, Tyresö Handboll, Ystads IF HF 1 and Täby HBK Sthlm.
Åhus Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK with 10-11. In the Final, LUGI HF 1 won over H43 Lund 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2000 A1. 10 games playedGoals |
