In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund 2, LVHK Lödde 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 1, HK Eskil Eskilstuna 2, Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Huddinge HK Sthlm 1 and IK Bolton Sthlm 2.

Karlskrona Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Rimbo HK Roslagen with 6-7. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 4 won over IFK Kristianstad 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 with 7-11.
