In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 2005 C1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll Svart could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Sthlm 1, Hammarby IF Sthlm, Staffanstorps HK 1, GW Landskrona HK gw landskrona, LVHK Lödde 3, IK Baltichov Gbg, H43 Lund 2, Kristianstad HK 3 and Åhus Handboll 1.
Karlskrona Handboll Svart continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 2-8. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over Staffanstorps HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005 C1. Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Flickor 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
