In addition to the three Åhus teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 2005 C1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Sthlm 1, Hammarby IF Sthlm, Staffanstorps HK 1, GW Landskrona HK gw landskrona, LVHK Lödde 3, IK Baltichov Gbg, Karlskrona Handboll Svart, H43 Lund 2 and Kristianstad HK 3.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 3-4. In the Final, IFK Bankeryd 1 won over IK Lågan Hörby 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005 C1.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK Sthlm 4 with 6-7.
