In addition to the four Åhus teams, 53 other teams played in Pojkar 2001. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Ystads IF HF 3, H43 Lund HF 3, Enköpings HF, IFK Tumba HK 1, IK Sävehof 1 and Eslövs HF 1.
Åhus Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK with 7-8. In the Final, Växjö HF won over OV Helsingborg HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001. Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2001 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P01 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK with 7-10. 11 games playedGoals |
