In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 22 other teams played in Damer Junior 98-00. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Borlänge HK, Bjärnums HK, Lugi HF, IFK Kristianstad 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1, Kävlinge HK, IFK Tumba HK and Alingsås HK.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 8-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Damer Junior 98-00.

Uppsala HK also participated in Damer Junior 97-99 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Eslövs IK in the final with 10-8.
