In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad Orange could be found in Group 3 together with Åhus Handboll 2, IFK Ystad HK Röd, IFK Bankeryd Vit, Falköpings AIK HK 2, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Gul, IFK Malmö HF Gul, Tomelilla IF and Alingsås HK 2.

IFK Kristianstad Orange continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 7-12. In the Final, IFK Ystad HK Röd won over Staffanstorps HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
