In addition to Uppsala HK, 52 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK could be found in Group 5 together with Eslövs HF U12, Karlshamns HF, Huddinge HK Vit, IFK Kristianstad Vit, IFK Malmö HF Gul, Haninge HK Vit, Marks HK Vatten and Lugi HF 1.

Uppsala HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 4 with 5-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Hammarby IF HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009).
