In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Ystads IF HF 3, Eslövs HF 1, H 65 Höör, H 78 Sölvesborg 2, LUGI HF 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, IFK Kristianstad 1, Karlskrona Handboll 2 and Alingsås HK 3.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Näsby Handboll 1 with 6-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
