In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll Svart could be found in Group 6 together with Höörs HK H 65 2, Tyresö Handboll 3, HF Orust, IFK Kristianstad 2, H43 Lund HF 2, GF Kroppskultur, Tollarps IF 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 and VästeråsIrsta HF.

Halmstad Handboll Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 2 with 5-6. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Halmstad Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 3 with 5-13.
