In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Eslövs HF 2, Tomelilla IF 1, Ystads IF HF 2 and Åhus Handboll 1.
IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 2-5.
