In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 4 could be found in Group 4 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 1, LUGI HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 1, Alingsås HK 1, Vinslövs HK, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Västerås Irsta HF 2 and Eslövs HF 3.
IFK Kristianstad 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör with 7-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2. 10 games playedGoals |
