In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 2 together with LVHK Lödde, Eslövs HF 2, Tomelilla IF, Ystads IF HF 5, IFK Tumba Sthlm, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, H43 Lund 4, Växjö HF and H 65 Höör.
IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 2 won over H 65 Höör and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B1. 12 games playedGoals |
