In addition to the 8 IFK Kristianstad teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 2008 E. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 7 could be found in Group 4 together with Ystads IF HF 1, Hässleholms HF, Alingsås HK 3 and Halmstad Handboll 2.
IFK Kristianstad 7 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 4-7. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 3 won over Halmstad Handboll 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2008 E. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
