In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 2, H 78 Sölvesborg 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm 2, Lugi HF 2, IFK Malmö HF, Växjö HF 1, Uppsala HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 6.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 3 with 10-14. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 7-14.
