In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Ystads IF HF 3, IFK Kristianstad 3, Åhus Handboll 3, Växjö HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, Uppsala HK, LVHK Lödde 1, Eslövs HF 1 and Vinslövs HK 2.

Alingsås HK 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 3 with 1-5. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll with 4-9.
