Åhus Handboll P01 4

In addition to the four Åhus teams, 53 other teams played in Pojkar 2001. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 4 could be found in Group 1 together with Hässleholms HF, IK Sävehof 3, H43 Lund HF migogang, IK Bolton 2, Rimbo HK Roslagen, IFK Kristianstad 3, Kävlinge HK, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 1 and Göteborg Beach Handball Club (Borlänge HK).

Åhus Handboll 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 1 with 7-11. In the Final, IK Sävehof 1 won over Göteborg Beach Handball Club (Borlänge HK) and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2001 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P01 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK with 7-10.
