In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 8 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4, IFK Ystad HK 1, Ronneby HK 2, Raklev G&I, Danmark 2, Borlänge HK 1, Uppsala HK, Vinslövs HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 6 and IFK Malmö HF 2.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Spånga HK Stockholm with 7-9. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 4-9.
