In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Göteborg Beach Handball Club, H43 Lund HF 2, Kungsängens SK 1, Lödde Vikings HK, Borlänge HK 1, IK Sund 1, Hultsfreds HF and IFK Kristianstad 3.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skuru IK 3 with 9-10. In the Final, Önnereds HK won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 12-14.
