In addition to the two Åhus teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Staffanstorps HK Abasi, HK Hök Laholm 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm, Ronneby HK, Västerås Irsta HF, IFK Malmö HF and Vinslövs HK.
Åhus Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 10-11. In the Final, H43 Lund 1 won over Ystads IF HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D2. Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 7-10 and ended up in second place. 10 games playedGoals |
